About the Role
Prepare fine-dining dishes to the highest culinary standards at Ceylon Tea Trails, a luxury Relais and Chateaux resort in Sri Lanka's tea country.
Responsibilities
- Prepare dishes meeting elevated quality standards
- Maintain consistency during busy service periods
- Assist with mise en place preparation
- Support various kitchen stations as needed
- Collaborate with senior chefs to uphold quality and creativity
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within a luxury resort or fine-dining setting
- Strong culinary technique knowledge
- Food safety and hygiene standards expertise
- Ability to work efficiently during peak service periods
