Lead the culinary team at Champion's Table at One Galle Face, setting kitchen standards, overseeing all food preparation and driving menu quality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present food according to standards
• Lead kitchen staff for seamless operations
• Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Manage inventory and monitor supply usage
• Collaborate with service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Requirements

• Previous executive chef or head chef experience
• Willingness to work on a rotating schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Food safety knowledge
