Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and Bills of Quantities
- Review and scrutinize construction plans for quantity requirements
- Administer contracts and control project costs
- Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying
- Proficiency in MS Office and quantity surveying software
- Valid driving license (advantageous)
