Manage day-to-day operations of Dusk Roots villa in Anuradhapura, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and coordinating all staff and services. Deadline: 15 Aug 2026.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day villa operations
• Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction
• Oversee and lead all villa staff
• Maintain service standards and property presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years hospitality sector experience
• Higher Diploma qualification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-sufficient and service-oriented mindset
• Prior villa or boutique hotel management preferred
