Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out
- Handle phone calls and reservations
- Perform billing and maintain financial spreadsheets
- Update hotel social media accounts
- Assist with room service and F&B duties
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years hospitality experience
- Fluent English for foreign guest interaction
- G.C.E. Advanced Level education
- Enthusiastic, efficient, reliable, and punctual
