Planning Engineer

About the Role

Develop project schedules, resource allocation plans, and progress reports for large-scale construction projects at CHEC's Colombo base.

Responsibilities

• Develop project schedules and timelines
• Create resource allocation plans for personnel, materials, and equipment
• Maintain supplier database for materials and services
• Oversee procurement activities
• Track project advancement regarding expenditures and completed work
• Generate periodic progress documentation

Requirements

• Civil Engineering degree or equivalent
• Primavera P6 proficiency (mandatory)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction projects
• Minimum 2 years of experience specifically as a planning engineer
