Senior Manager – Corporate Branch

About the Role

Lead corporate banking operations and manage a portfolio of large business clients at Cargills Bank's corporate branch, driving revenue and asset growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and large SME clients
• Evaluate, structure, and recommend credit proposals for approval
• Drive asset and liability portfolio targets for the corporate segment
• Develop and maintain strategic corporate client relationships
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across banking products
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank credit policies

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent; professional banking qualification (AIB/IBSL) preferred
• Significant experience in corporate or commercial banking
• Strong credit assessment, structuring, and analytical capabilities
• Excellent communication skills in English
