About the Role
Oversee financial management, accounting, and reporting for Bank of Ceylon's portfolio of subsidiary companies and investment holdings.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting and management accounts for all subsidiary companies
- Monitor and evaluate the bank's investment portfolio performance
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Central Bank of Sri Lanka directions, and local accounting standards
- Prepare and review consolidated financial statements
- Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to senior management
Requirements
- Full membership of a recognised professional accounting body (CA Sri Lanka, CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Substantial experience in financial management, controllership, or group reporting
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and banking regulatory reporting
- Experience in investment management or oversight of subsidiary entities
