About the Role

Lead B2B marketing for a tech/staffing group covering demand generation, brand messaging, content strategy, and AI-driven SEO from their Colombo office. Salary paid in AUD.

Responsibilities

Design and execute demand generation programmes including gated content, lead magnets, and email nurture sequences
Develop messaging, create case studies and sales collateral, monitor competitors
Own content calendar across long-form articles, thought leadership pieces, and LinkedIn formats
Execute keyword strategy, optimize on-page SEO, and leverage AI tools for content acceleration

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Minimum 5-8 years B2B marketing experience preferably in technology or staffing
Proficiency with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and SEO analytics tools
Active proficiency with AI tools (mandatory)
