Merchandising Manager

About the Role

Lead a team of 3 merchandisers managing woven garment accounts, overseeing sampling, production monitoring on the shop floor, and ensuring timely shipments for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2 merchandisers and 1 senior merchandiser
• Manage accounts independently
• Monitor production daily on shop floor
• Oversee sampling scheduling and monitoring
• Ensure timely shipments to international buyers
• Manage fabrics, markers, consumption, and shade segregation

Requirements

• NIFT, BTech (Textiles), or graduate specialization in garment merchandising
• Expertise in fabrics, markers, consumption, and shade segregation
• Overseas experience preferred
• Strong background in woven garment production required
