- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide shipment tracking updates to clients
- Coordinate with shipping lines and transport providers
- Maintain shipping documents and records
- Process customs clearance follow-ups
- Resolve customer issues professionally and promptly
Requirements
- English and Sinhala fluency (Tamil advantageous)
- A/L level education minimum
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Freight forwarding or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong organizational skills
