About the Role
Lead a full 3S automotive branch (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) in Gampaha, driving profitability and team excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage full 3S operations (Sales, Service, Spare Parts)
- Drive sales performance and branch profitability
- Lead and develop branch team performance
- Maintain showroom and workshop standards
- Monitor KPIs and financial performance targets
Requirements
- 5-8 years automotive dealership or branch management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Sound knowledge of 3S operations
