About the Role
Drive sales and manage day-to-day showroom operations at one of Sri Lanka's leading fashion retail chains across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily showroom operations and customer service standards
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising
- Train, lead and develop sales teams
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
- O/L education minimum
- At least 1 year retail sales or showroom management experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
