About the Role
Deliver high-quality cuisine and maintain excellent kitchen standards at a luxury hospitality venue in Anuradhapura, contributing to menu planning across multiple cuisines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes per restaurant standards
- Monitor food inventory and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety compliance
- Contribute to menu planning with creative ideas
- Collaborate with kitchen team for smooth operations
Requirements
- Culinary certificate or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years experience as Chef or Sous Chef in reputable establishment
- Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan, Chinese, Western, and Italian cuisine
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
