HR Manager

About the Role

Manage payroll, EPF/ETF compliance, employee records, recruitment, and HR administration for a growing automotive digital services company.

Responsibilities

• Manage salary sheets, EPF/ETF calculations, and wage law compliance
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes
• Track attendance and leave management
• Assist with performance evaluations and training programs

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Accounting, or Commerce
• Minimum 2 years HR management experience
• Professional HR qualification preferred (PQHRM, CHRM, CCHRM)
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR/payroll software
• Knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws
• Leadership and conflict resolution abilities
