About the Role
Administrative and operations analyst covering import documentation, cash flow reporting, bank coordination, and general office administration for an automotive import firm.
Responsibilities
- Manage import documentation including Commercial Invoices and Bills of Lading
- Prepare cash flow statements tracking financial inflows and outflows
- Coordinate with banks on trade financing and import matters
- Generate economic, financial, and management reports
- Handle day-to-day office administration and filing systems
Requirements
- Diploma-level education (Degree preferred)
- 1+ year work experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, graphs, data summarization)
- PowerPoint presentation skills
- Basic accounting principles knowledge
- Strong English communication abilities
- Independent work capability with analytical mindset
