About the Role

Senior risk and compliance role at a state-owned development bank, responsible for integrated risk management and regulatory compliance across banking credit and operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated risk management frameworks
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Sri Lanka regulations
• Oversee credit and operational risk functions
• Report risk and compliance metrics to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years post-qualifying experience in a recognized Financial Institution
• At least 3 years at managerial level in Credit or Operations
• Sound understanding of integrated risk management, preferably in a Bank
