Manager / Assistant Manager – Compliance

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks including CBSL directives
• Develop and oversee internal control systems to prevent violations
• Continuously evaluate and improve the efficiency of compliance controls
• Revise compliance policies and procedures as required
• Provide regular compliance progress reports to senior management

Requirements

• Over 10 years experience in Banking/Finance, with over 5 years in managerial capacity in Compliance, Finance, or Audit
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Banking, Finance, or LLB from a recognized institution
• Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Marketing
