About the Role

Drive leasing portfolio growth while maintaining high credit quality and achieving full collection rates at MBSL. Requires banking/finance sales experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high credit quality leasing portfolio with consistent net growth
• Achieve full collection targets on assigned portfolio
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
• Build and manage client relationships professionally

Requirements

• GCE O/L minimum qualification
• Minimum 3 years of sales/marketing experience in banking or finance
• Professional credentials in credit or marketing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
