Responsibilities

• Lead the pre-opening phase of a luxury boutique coastal hotel
• Establish operational standards across all departments
• Curate exceptional guest experiences
• Build and cultivate a high-performance team culture
• Oversee Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Guest Services

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in hotel pre-openings
• Strong Rooms Division background
• Comprehensive luxury hospitality knowledge
• Southern Sri Lanka coastal region exposure preferred
• Proven leadership and team cultivation skills
