About the Role

Head Chef for a luxury boutique villa in Kandy, leading culinary operations for international guests with a menu spanning authentic Sri Lankan meals, western dishes, and creative fusion cuisine.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Sri Lankan meals, western dishes, and fusion cuisine for international guests
• Manage all kitchen operations at luxury boutique villa
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Develop new menu concepts for restaurant expansion

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years kitchen or chef experience
• Culinary diploma preferred
• Strong hygiene and organisational skills
• Creative and passionate about food
• Basic English proficiency preferred
