About the Role

Manages NPL loan recovery portfolios for assigned regional branches across SDB Bank's island-wide network, coordinating with regional recovery teams to minimise impairment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control the loan NPL portfolio for assigned regions
• Monitor timely recovery and minimise impairment
• Oversee loans newly transferred to the NPL category
• Coordinate with regional recovery coordinators
• Drive regional recovery performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Business Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in banking or financial sector
• Minimum 2 years at Junior Executive grade
• Debt recovery experience preferred
• Sound computer literacy
