Branch Manager

About the Role

Manages day-to-day operations of Fintrex Finance branches island-wide, driving lending targets (Gold Loans, Deposits, Recoveries) and ensuring CBSL regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all lending targets including Gold Loans, Deposits, and Recoveries
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure KPIs are met
• Develop growth strategies and oversee branch budget and financial performance
• Foster client relationships
• Recruit and coach branch staff to maximise potential
• Address operational issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with CBSL regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Banking/Finance industry
• Minimum 2-3 years in a managerial position
