About the Role
Hemas Hospitals seeks registered staff nurses for ETU/ICU, Operation Theatre, and ward departments at their Thalawathugoda and Wattala hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered nursing care to clinical quality standards
- Communicate with patients and guardians about treatment plans
- Support clinical activities and coordinate with the healthcare team
- Monitor and document hospital-acquired infections per protocols
Requirements
- 3-year Nursing Diploma or Degree from a recognized institute
- Registered Nurse with SLNC or PHSRC
- 2-3 years of experience as a staff nurse in a reputable healthcare facility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
