Nursing Supervisor

About the Role

Hemas Hospitals is recruiting an experienced Nursing Supervisor to lead nursing teams and uphold patient care standards at their Thalawathugoda hospital.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide nursing staff across assigned wards
• Deliver and oversee patient-centered nursing care to quality standards
• Communicate with patients, guardians, and the multidisciplinary team
• Monitor and document hospital-acquired infections per protocols

Requirements

• 3-year Nursing Diploma or Degree from a recognized institute
• Registered Nurse with SLNC or PHSRC
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a healthcare facility
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and dedication to patient care
