Independent QS role handling SMM-based measurements, subcontractor billing, and monthly valuations for construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Handle quantity surveying work independently
• Prepare estimates, subcontractor bills, and monthly valuations
• Manage construction documentation

Requirements

• BTEC / HNDE qualification with 2-5 years experience
• OR NCT (QS) with 3-5 years experience
• Conversant with SMM and preparation of ESR, subcontractor bills, monthly valuation
