Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage employee relations and address grievances
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes
- Monitor performance appraisals
- Ensure legal compliance in HR functions
- Provide HR metrics and decision support to leadership
Requirements
- Proven HR Manager or senior executive experience
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR systems and database knowledge
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking with leadership capabilities
- Results-driven and people-oriented approach
