- Manage VIP arrivals and personalised arrangements
- Handle guest feedback and complaint resolution
- Train and mentor the Guest Experience team
- Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B
Requirements
- Proven hospitality management background
- Indian nationality mandatory
- Guest Relations or Front Office leadership experience
