Responsibilities
- Drive operational excellence initiatives
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Conduct process audits and identify waste elimination
- Lead Kaizen events
- Track and report KPIs
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Operations or Business Management
- 2-4 years in manufacturing or pharmaceutical operations
- Knowledge of lean or six sigma tools preferred
