About the Role

Leads all Works HR functions at a large apparel manufacturing plant in Rambukkana, driving employee relations, compliance and HR strategy.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
• Driving employee engagement and retention
• Managing grievance and disciplinary procedures
• Coordinating Works HR including payroll and manpower planning
• Implementing HR strategy across multiple facilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 5 years leading Works HR in large manufacturing plants
• Competencies in HR Ops, L&D, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee/Industrial Relations
• Apparel value chain understanding preferred
