About the Role
Leads all Works HR functions at a large apparel manufacturing plant in Rambukkana, driving employee relations, compliance and HR strategy.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance
- Driving employee engagement and retention
- Managing grievance and disciplinary procedures
- Coordinating Works HR including payroll and manpower planning
- Implementing HR strategy across multiple facilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years leading Works HR in large manufacturing plants
- Competencies in HR Ops, L&D, Strategic Workforce Planning, Employee/Industrial Relations
- Apparel value chain understanding preferred
