About the Role

Creates and refines outerwear garment patterns in a specialised product development role at Star Garments' Katunayaka facility.

Responsibilities

• Creating and grading outerwear patterns from tech packs
• Collaborating with product development team on fit corrections
• Measuring, cutting and verifying pattern accuracy
• Maintaining pattern archives and revision history

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in outerwear pattern making
• CAD tool proficiency
• Strong attention to detail
• O/L or A/L with vocational training (NVQ/NAITA) preferred
