About the Role

Pre-contract QS professional to prepare BOQs, cost plans and tender documents for international construction projects using Cost-X, Revit and AutoCAD, with potential Dubai office assignment after two years.

Responsibilities

Extract quantities from design drawings using measurement software
Generate take-off sheets and reports per client requirements
Flag areas with insufficient or unclear design information
Develop BOQ descriptions from available project documentation
Perform bulk quantity verifications
Prepare Bills of Quantities and Cost Plans
Conduct QA/QC checks per established procedures
Meet agreed deadlines and project timelines
Support tender document preparation and evaluation

Requirements

University degree in Quantity Surveying, Procurement, or Construction Management
3-6 years of Pre-Contract QS work experience
Proficiency in Cost-X, Revit and AutoCAD
Experience with BOQ/Cost Plan preparation using NRM-1, NRM-2, CESMM-4, POMI or CSI Master Format
Background on projects in Middle East, UK, Australia, Singapore or New Zealand preferred
Strong English communication and interpersonal abilities
