Senior Manager – Business Development

About the Role

Lead long-term BD strategies across multiple strategic business units, drive revenue growth, oversee P&L management, and mentor cross-functional teams at a 50-year-old IT solutions company.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute long-term business development strategies across multiple SBUs
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Drive negotiations and close high-value deals
• Align sales and marketing strategies with revenue targets
• Oversee P&L and operational performance
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies
