About the Role

Lead all 3S (Sales, Service, Spare Parts) operations of an automotive dealership in Gampaha City, driving profitability, KPIs, and brand standards for a growing auto group.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales, Service, and Spare Parts (3S) operations
• Drive branch sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Manage team performance and operational compliance
• Maintain showroom, workshop, and brand standards
• Monitor KPIs and financial performance

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in automotive dealership operations or branch management
• Proven sales target achievement track record
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities
• Knowledge of 3S operations, customer service, and team management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
