About the Role

Senior General Manager role at a luxury hotel and villas property in Sri Lanka, requiring extensive star-class hotel leadership experience with a strong food and beverage background to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all hotel and villas operations across departments
• Lead and develop the senior management team
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining strict cost controls
• Ensure consistently exceptional guest experiences
• Manage owner and stakeholder relationships
• Implement and uphold brand standards and service excellence

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification in hospitality from a recognised university or institute
• Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership position in a star-class hotel, OR minimum 3 years as a senior executive in a five-star hotel with food and beverage experience
• Strong English language proficiency
• Foreign language proficiency preferred
