About the Role
Handle inbound and outbound customer banking inquiries and deliver superior service through Sampath Bank's 24/7 contact centre.
Responsibilities
- Attend to inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
- Respond to customer emails and digital banking inquiries in a timely manner
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and account inquiries effectively
- Provide customers with accurate product, service and account information
- Deliver superior service standards across all customer touchpoints
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
- Preferably below 30 years of age
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer Care Centre, Call Centre, Contact Centre or similar environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Active listening skills and customer-centric approach
- Ability to work on a 24/7 rotating shift basis
- Basic IT and computer proficiency
