About the Role

Entry-level trainee role in merchandise coordination focused on sample development, timeline management, and quality specification compliance for global apparel buyers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate garment sample development based on buyer technical specifications
• Manage supplier and internal team collaboration for costing activities
• Handle sampling and costing approvals and maintain related documentation
• Develop expertise in apparel merchandising processes and ERP systems

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Clothing Technology, or related field
• Knowledge of bra manufacturing is preferred
• Strong English communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong analytical and time management skills
