Senior Manager - Manufacturing

About the Role

Lead end-to-end VSM (Value Stream Management) operations from cutting through finishing at a large apparel facility, ensuring on-time shipment and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute strategy to achieve pre-determined targets for the VSM function
• Drive production targets across cutting, sewing, and finishing departments
• Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications
• Lead and manage the VSM team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Improve production output and capability through continuous improvement

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Clothing Technology
• 8-10+ years total experience in garment manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years heading production at a large manufacturing facility
