Senior Executive - Industrial Engineering

About the Role

Achieve production efficiency targets by calculating SMV/SAH, preparing yamazumi charts, and balancing production lines at a North Central Province facility.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-production activities and ensure production start dates are met
• Achieve efficiency and productivity targets for assigned sections
• Perform accurate SAH and efficiency calculations for each garment style
• Prepare yamazumi charts and balance production lines
• Provide guidance and training to Industrial Engineering Officers

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Clothing Technology
• GSD licence or GSD system experience required
• 3-5+ years in Industrial Engineering within apparel manufacturing
• Hanger Line/UPS management experience advantageous
