About the Role

Lead trims category management for apparel supply chain, driving sourcing strategy, supplier performance, cost optimization, and on-time in-full quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Achieve category objectives including sourcing strategy, savings targets, and quality
• Drive supplier performance management and partnership initiatives
• Collaborate on standardization and profitability improvement programs
• Generate MIS reports on category KPIs and supply chain performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
• 3-4 years of experience in apparel sourcing or supply chain management
• Trims category management exposure preferred
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
