About the Role

Support the Elite Banking unit in servicing high-net-worth clients, assisting with portfolio management, client onboarding, and product cross-selling.

Responsibilities

Service and grow assigned Elite Banking client portfolios
Handle KYC documentation and client onboarding processes
Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities for banking and wealth products
Provide day-to-day service excellence to high-net-worth clients
Support Relationship Managers in client meetings and portfolio reviews

Requirements

DABF / HDBF from IBSL or Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
Minimum 3-5 years in a front-line banking role
Knowledge of retail banking products including deposits, loans, and investments
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
