Relationship Officer - Personal Banking

About the Role

Drive new credit card and personal loan acquisition at branch level, provide product training to staff, and maintain high customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Submit new credit card and loan applications accurately to meet branch acquisition targets
• Champion consumer asset products across the branch network
• Provide product knowledge training to branch staff
• Resolve customer issues in coordination with branch management
• Maintain accurate documentation and service standards

Requirements

• GCE O/L: 5 credits including Mathematics and English
• GCE A/L: 2 passes (excluding General English)
• Age 26 years or below
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a banking or financial institution
• Front-line sales or sales-oriented channel exposure required
• MS Office proficiency (Email, PowerPoint, Excel)
