About the Role
Assess and disburse gold loans, achieve branch lending targets, and execute marketing campaigns to grow the gold loan portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess gold articles to determine loan eligibility and value
- Disburse appropriate loan amounts against assessed gold collateral
- Ensure branch gold lending targets are consistently met
- Execute marketing campaigns to grow the gold loan portfolio
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in gold loan operations
- GCE Advanced Level qualification
- Sound knowledge in identification and assessment of gold articles
- Business acumen and strong communication skills
- Ability to adhere to lending policies
