About the Role

Manage leasing portfolio quality and growth, maintain a 100% collection ratio, and meet monthly sales targets for vehicle and equipment leasing products.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio quality and growth of leasing products
• Maintain 100% collection ratio throughout the year
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and dealer networks
• Ensure compliance with leasing policies and CBSL regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of sales or marketing experience in banking or finance
• GCE O/L minimum qualification
• Professional credit or marketing qualification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales acumen and professional demeanor
