About the Role
Drive new client acquisition and business growth for Cargills Bank's retail and corporate banking products through proactive relationship development.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business relationships for retail and corporate banking
- Promote and cross-sell the bank's product range to existing and prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention
- Meet monthly acquisition targets and business development KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum GCE A/L 3 passes; Bachelor's degree or AIB/IBSL professional qualification advantageous
- 2-4 years of experience in banking, sales, or business development
- Fluency in English essential; Sinhala and/or Tamil an advantage
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
