Assistant Manager - Strategic Planning & MIS

About the Role

Support the Strategic Planning and Management Information Systems function at Union Bank, driving data analytics, MIS reporting, and corporate strategy execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior management
• Support the development and monitoring of the bank's strategic plan
• Analyze business performance data and provide insights for decision-making
• Coordinate with departments to collate KPIs and performance metrics
• Assist in preparation of board papers and management presentations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Part or full professional qualification (CIMA, CA, or ACCA) preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in banking, MIS, or strategic planning
• Proficiency in MS Excel, data visualization tools, and banking software
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
