Manager - Credit Risk

About the Role

Lead credit risk management at SDB Bank, overseeing credit policies, risk assessment frameworks, portfolio quality monitoring, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain credit risk management policies and frameworks
• Monitor credit portfolio quality and key risk exposures across the bank
• Ensure compliance with CBSL regulatory capital and provisioning requirements
• Report credit risk metrics to senior management and the board
• Lead and mentor the credit risk team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or related field; postgraduate qualification preferred
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in credit risk or credit management at a bank or finance company
• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, CFA, or CIMA) an advantage
• In-depth knowledge of CBSL regulations and Basel risk guidelines
