Deputy Manager - Finance

About the Role

Assist in managing SDB Bank's finance function covering financial reporting, budgeting, regulatory submissions to CBSL, and treasury support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coordinate budget preparation and perform variance analysis
• Prepare regulatory and statistical returns for submission to CBSL
• Support treasury operations and liquidity management
• Liaise with external auditors during the annual audit process

Requirements

• Full professional qualification in accountancy (CA Sri Lanka, ACCA, or CIMA) or Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience within a bank or licensed finance company
• Sound knowledge of IFRS and Sri Lanka Accounting Standards
• Familiarity with Central Bank of Sri Lanka reporting requirements
