Management Trainee - Engineering

About the Role

Join FMJ Plastics as an engineering management trainee, gaining hands-on expertise across mechanical, electrical, and plastic manufacturing operations including injection and blow moulding.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through engineering and production departments as a structured management trainee
• Support technical operations in plastic injection and blow moulding processes
• Apply engineering principles to manufacturing process improvement initiatives
• Assist in maintaining production equipment and documentation

Requirements

• NDT in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering from an accredited university
• Age under 30 years
• Computer literate with relevant software proficiency
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of plastic industry, injection and blow moulding is an advantage
