About the Role

Conduct applied industrial engineering research at Sri Lanka's national R&D institute, developing technical solutions for local manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct applied research and development in the assigned engineering domain
• Develop technical solutions and innovations for Sri Lankan industrial sectors
• Prepare research reports, publications, and technical documentation
• Collaborate with industry partners on technology transfer projects
• Support testing, calibration, and quality assurance services

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Relevant research, industrial, or laboratory experience
